  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as the primary liaison for borrowers, contractors, builders, inspectors, and title companies, providing timely and professional updates throughout the loan and construction lifecycle
  - Collect, validate, and upload third-party and underwriting documents while maintaining accurate data in the system of record
  - Monitor and control the draw and disbursement processes, preparing and submitting necessary requests and coordinating fund releases
  - Identify and resolve loan conditions or project issues, communicating underwriting requirements clearly to all parties involved
  - Collaborate with various teams including Sales, Underwriters, and Accounting to enhance workflow and support peer mentorship on construction concepts
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or GED is required
  - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with strong underwriting and compliance knowledge
  - Minimum of 2 years working with Construction and Renovation Loan programs
  - Strong working knowledge of various mortgage products including Conventional, VA, FHA, Jumbo, USDA, and DPA/Bond
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong analytical and organizational abilities
