What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project change and risk management logs and processes
- Develop project control procedures and solutions for capital project delivery
- Run monthly risk management process and report to project leadership
- Support the development of contingency and contingency drawdown
- Coordinate with project controls teams to incorporate changes and risks into cost forecast and schedule
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of project controls change and/or risk management experience or cost engineer experience
- Experience within the construction industry
- Risk software experience: Safran Risk/Primavera Risk/Oracle
- Experience with Monte Carlo analysis tool
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the biotech/pharma industry
- Knowledge of additional project management software tools
