VRG is focused on providing an exceptional guest experience in well-known, high-traffic venues throughout the restaurant industry. We currently own and franchise approximately 100 restaurants (full service and quick service) around the United States.

      SUMMARY OF DUTIES: An excellent entry level opportunity to break into the exciting world of restaurant Construction Management! The coordinator position consists of a variety of functions of team administrative support, with a focus on file organization and spreadsheet data management. as well as research and development of all facets of the Construction & Store Planning Dept. The coordinator reports to the VP of Construction & Store Planning but will also get direction and guidance from the Project Management team.

      ESSENTIAL RESPONSBILITIES:

      • Budget/Invoice data entry management
      • Update and maintain department construction schedules
      • Manage and maintain qualified-professionals lists.
      • Prepare team meetings
      • Assist team members with travel arrangements.
      • Assist with keeping our office space organized.
      • Welcome guests and prepare rooms for meetings.
      • Preparation of dept presentations.
      • Manage ancillary small Projects that get assigned to the Dept.
      • Work on cost reduction initiatives and product sourcing.
      • Prepare forms and spreadsheets for team with data entry
      • Departmental Business Plan project support
      • Assisting with owner supplied orders procurement /management
      • Paperwork liaison with townships/municipalities for permits/ approvals etc.

      SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

      • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
      • 2 to 5 years’ experience in real estate, construction accounting or construction management fields.
      • Highly Proficiency in MS Office, word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS.
      • Highly organized and trustworthy with the ability to manage multiple documents
      • Ability to multitask, and work under pressure
      • Strong communications skills, both

      TRAVEL:

      • Only local travel, within 10 miles of the Morristown Headquarters may be required occasionally

      PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

      • Expectations include working within a typical office environment with computers, phones and

      other office equipment and be able to use stairs and elevators to move about the building.

      • Position may be expected to lift 10 to 15lbs, stand, sit and bend as required.
