  Construction Laborer - Texas

  Allstates Consulting Services has openings for experienced field Construction Foreman and Laborers to perform civil construction at telecom cell sites for the installation of concrete pads, underground conduit lays, minor brick and concrete mortar work, site grading etc.
  
  We have openings in the following markets:
  San Marcos, TX

  Pay: $20 to $21/hour, depending on experience Laborer
  $25 to $35 for a Foreman.
  
  Terms: W-2 employment, 40 to 60 hours+ a week on average. Working 5 to 6 days a week and a 7th day when work is heavy.

  Job Summary
  The construction laborer will work hand in hand with the site Foreman and Electrician. The work will consist of the installation of concrete trenches, pouring concrete pads, setting in conduit, pulling in electrical cables, mounting cabinets and other activities.
  Must be able to travel up to 6 weeks on the road at a time with 1 week off. If this requirement is not an option for you, DO NOT apply. This is mandatory.
  Company will pay $125 a day per diem to cover meals and hotel. Company will provide vehicles, trailers, testing equipment and large tools need for the job. T

  As a Construction Laborer you will:

  • Have an updated resume listing out your construction experience.
  • Must be able to perform all the duties for general construction work to include concrete and site layout, clean up, heavy lifting, moving materials, digging and standing for long periods.
  • Some experience setting in conduits and underground trenching is a plus.
  • Must be able to travel up to 6 weeks on the road at a time.
  • Be 100% Safety minded.
  • Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment background consisting of a 7-year criminal records check and 3-year Motor vehicle record check. Please be aware that some Felony and misdemeanor convictions may not be acceptable. Example: Violence, Sexual Violence, Public Trust or Certain Drug charges.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen.
