- Oversee the construction of 10-15 homes annually.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors for mechanical, electrical, and other work.
- Schedule and coordinate activities of workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Track project progress and report updates to management.
- Procure necessary materials and equipment for the job site.
- Conduct site inspections to assess the quality of work and identify potential issues.
- Provide training and guidance to workers on construction practices and safety procedures.
- Assist with hands-on duties such as carpentry and painting.
- Minimum of 3 years overseeing residential or home builds.
- Strong carpentry skills.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to oversee multiple homes being built simultaneously.
- Experience in carpentry.
- Proven leadership skills.

Dircet Placement; $70-$80k/year
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction of 10-15 homes per year. This role involves managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building codes, and maintaining safety protocols.
