  Job Title: Residential Construction Superintendent

  Dircet Placement; $70-$80k/year

  We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction of 10-15 homes per year. This role involves managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building codes, and maintaining safety protocols.

  Responsibilities

  • Oversee the construction of 10-15 homes annually.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors for mechanical, electrical, and other work.
  • Schedule and coordinate activities of workers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Track project progress and report updates to management.
  • Procure necessary materials and equipment for the job site.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess the quality of work and identify potential issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to workers on construction practices and safety procedures.
  • Assist with hands-on duties such as carpentry and painting.

  Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years overseeing residential or home builds.
  • Strong carpentry skills.
  • Good driving record.

  Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to oversee multiple homes being built simultaneously.
  • Experience in carpentry.
  • Proven leadership skills.

  Work Environment

  This role involves working on-site at homes being built within the County. The position requires traveling between sites, ensuring all projects are on schedule and meet our high-quality standards.
