Work Environment
Work on new construction job sites, primarily on building roofs with low-slope designs, ensuring safety with guards positioned at least 6 feet from edges. Be prepared to work in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold. The job entails a Thursday to Sunday shift, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The project involves renovating and replacing roofs, with the current project estimated to last around 6 months. Appropriate PPE, including steel toe boots and specific attire, is required, with additional gear provided by the company.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
