Construction Laborer| $22-23hr | Benefits Included | Advancement Opportunity



Description: If you have experience in carpentry, duct installation, or framework and you're looking for a new position ASAP, then this is the position for you.

We are seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to install track systems for large wall panels and work on commercial trash chutes. This role involves working at heights, primarily using lifts, and requires travel to project sites in Nebraska and surrounding states. The typical workweek is Monday through Friday, starting at 6 am, with 48 hours per week and no weekend work.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools with at least 1+ years of experience.
• Experience in construction, assembly, and installation.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Ability to use power tools effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a current or recent job.
• Foreman roles require a more extensive construction skillset with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in furniture delivery, concrete work, framing, carpentry, drywall, inventory management, landscaping, door installation, and drilling is beneficial.

Work Environment

Work typically takes place Monday to Friday, with some weekends expected to meet client deadlines. , Starting between 5:30-7:00 AM and ending around 4-4:30 PM. There may be instances where work extends into the evening.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
