- Assist in the construction and paving of commercial parking lots, sidewalks, and non-highway roadways.
- Operate and maintain hand tools and paving equipment under supervision.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Work extended hours during peak season to meet project deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.
- 1–2 years of experience in roadway or commercial paving required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and general construction labor skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the Gorham office each morning.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Commercial paving and sidewalk construction.
- Familiarity with paving tools and equipment.
- Previous experience on non-highway road construction projects.

Construction Laborer – Paving - Hiring Immediately!
Location: Based in Gorham, ME (Travel to Job Sites Required)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Up to 10 Hours/Day During Peak Season
Pay: $21 - $24/hr + Full Benefits * Experience Dependent

We are seeking experienced and motivated Paving Laborers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in commercial paving and roadway construction who are looking to grow within a supportive, employee-owned company. You’ll start your day at our Gorham office and travel to various job sites, working on high-quality paving projects across the region. The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
