      Your Role on Our Team

      From sunup to sundown, you’ll be part of a team that starts each day with a focused safety briefing and task rundown. As a Construction Laborer, your hands-on expertise will make every project a success. Tasks include:

      - Keeping worksites organized, clean, and safe.

      - Operating skid steers, forklifts, and compaction equipment to maintain progress.

      - Building trenches, placing rebar, and mounting lagging boards.

      - Spotting, maintaining, and cleaning equipment.

      - Collaborating with your crew for efficient workflow.

      What We’re Looking For

      - Construction Pro: At least 1 year of experience in construction, agriculture, dirt work, concrete, landscaping, or welding.

      - Physically Ready: Able to lift 75 lbs regularly and thrive in outdoor environments.

      - Travel Enthusiast: Willing to work in exciting new locations with a flexible mindset.

      - Equipment Skills: Forklift and skid steer experience is a major plus.

      Bonus points if you’re willing to tackle night shifts (just 10% of projects) or already have experience in concrete labor.

      Position Details

      - Type: Contract to Hire

      - Base: Salt Lake City, UT (with travel adventures aplenty!)

      - Schedule: 50-hour workweeks, typically 5-6 days, 10-hour days.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
