- Perform general labor tasks including demolition, loading/unloading, digging, and clean-up.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient construction site.
- Support daily operations at the construction site.
- Perform tasks related to general clean-up.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery.
- Adhere to safety precautions in a construction environment.
- 3+ years' experience in a commercial or large residential job setting.
- Ability to speak about safety precautions in a construction environment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, concrete, and carpentry skills.
- Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and scaffolding.
- Familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to use a tape measure, hammer, and saw.
- Reliable transportation method to get to and from work.

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. The position involves working on construction projects from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime depending on project needs. Responsibilities include performing general labor tasks such as demolition, loading/unloading, digging, and clean-up to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient construction site.
