      Job Description

      Will be assisting in various areas with their crew. The company focuses on new commercial, industrial, agricultural, and multi-family concrete construction. Expect to work 40+ hours weekly and be on a crew that can range from 3-8 employees at a time. Various roles are open between entry-level and tenured positions within the foundations and walls team, as well as the finishing team.

      Responsibilities

      • Assist in various areas with the crew
      • Perform tasks of the Concrete Laborer
      • Execute finishing procedures with proper timing
      • Understand and set basic elevations using a level
      • Read basic blueprints and understand thickness and reinforcement
      • Set wall forms accurately
      • Communicate effectively with the Supervisor or Superintendent

      Essential Skills

      • Proficiency with hand and power tools
      • Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques
      • Experience in construction and production
      • Basic understanding of blueprints and elevations
      • Ability to set wall forms
      • Strong communication skills
      • Attention to detail

      Work Environment

      You will be working on various projects including commercial, industrial, agricultural, and multi-family concrete construction. The work includes tasks in underground parking and parking ramps. Expect a hands-on role in a physically demanding environment with exposure to diverse conditions.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
