      Position Summary

      Our graduate hire positions are for those who have recently graduated and are looking to launch their career. Regional programs and opportunities are available in a variety of fields. There’s a good chance we have an opportunity that’s just right for you.

      The selected candidate will be assigned to one of our functional groups in an Entry Level Construction Management position and asked to assist in estimating, cost control, forecasting, trend analysis, change order control, risk assessment and management, forensic schedule analysis, earned value management, progress measurement/reporting, productivity analysis and calculation, subcontractor management, schedule development, progress reporting, vendor management, field engineering, site safety and overall product quality.

      Join the team in our Niles IL office on a wireless telecom project where you will be assisting the group with engineering and constructing the expansion of a wireless network. This position will work remotely but may require meeting in an office environment as needed.

      Local Candidates will only be considered as this position will be supporting projects in the Chicago IL market.

      • Construction management, electronics or technical certification required (graduated 2021+) in a 2-year+ program.
      • Computer literate and proficient with Word and Excel required
      • Valid driver's license
      • Ability to travel as needed
      • Local candidates only (no relocation assistance available)
      • Must be able maintain efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced work environment and effectively communicate with other project members as required
      • Must be eligible to work for any US Employer without current or future visa sponsorship
