      Your Next Great Adventure:

      As a Construction Manager at Chesmar Homes, you will oversee the entire construction process, ensuring that our high standards of quality and craftsmanship are met in every home we build. You will manage construction projects from start to finish, coordinating with various teams, including sales, design, and customer service, to deliver homes on time and within budget. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

      Qualifications


      Success is Built On:

      • College degree or minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in a construction related field
      • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly in fast-paced environment.
      • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers and fellow Chesmarians.
