      Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

      Job Description

      • We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our growing Clean Energy Deployment team.
      • This position offers the flexibility to work from our Boston, MA office 1 day/week and remote the rest.
      • The ideal candidate will be hyper-organized, creative, proactive, goal-oriented, and efficient, constantly three steps ahead of the crowd.
      • This role provides holistic exposure to different areas of our organization and the solar industry.

      Responsibilities

      • Manage and balance administrative tasks associated with a pipeline of solar construction projects from inception through closeout.
      • Organize administrative workload and communicate effectively with teams in the field.
      • Support the Deployment Operations team with administration tasks to meet deadlines and key milestones.
      • Assist with issuing project agreements and EPC contracts.
      • Initiate onboarding process with new contractors and renewals for existing contractors.
      • Process purchase orders and change orders based on requests from Development, Engineering, and Construction Teams.
      • Track and follow up on outstanding items such as change orders, missing contract items, and updated schedules.
      • Support the Clean Energy Deployment team with operation and process improvement initiatives using our Project Management platforms.
      • Support the Clean Energy Deployment team with multiple reporting initiatives.

      Essential Skills

      • Basic computer skills, specifically with email, Word, and Excel.
      • Strong background in office organization and project administration.
      • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
      • Experience or working knowledge of the construction industry.
      • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Experience or working knowledge of platforms such as NetSuite, Procore, SalesForce, and SharePoint is beneficial but not required.

      Work Environment

      • This role offers a hybrid work environment with the requirement to work from the Boston office one day a week, while the remaining four days can be spent working remotely.
      • The specific day for office attendance can be flexible.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
