- Maintains, distributes, and archives project documentation, including jobsite correspondence.
- Attends project meetings as requested, and provides general clerical support.
- General administrative duties, as determined by the project team (restocking office supplies, handling paperwork, handling equipment issues related to general office supplies, coordinating work lunches, etc.).
- Assisting in the onboarding and welcoming of new team members including new hire paperwork.
- Responsible for time entry of Craft hourly team members.
- 3+ years of Administrative Experience.
- Construction Experience Preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
- Exceptional Verbal/Written/Communication Skills.
- Must be onsite Monday-Friday.
- Prior time entry experience preferred.

POSITION SUMMARYThe Project Coordinator position is considered entry level job support, without an expectation of past engineering experience. This position receives active guidance from the Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager to complete and prioritize tasks. The Project Coordinator provides technical support and documents information for record keeping and use during the project. The Project Coordinator must be a flexible and adaptable team-player, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.
Please note, this is a temporary full-time position (Monday-Friday, 40+ hours per week). The duration of the project is expected to be 12+ months.
