What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review bid documents and analyze technical data, drawings, and specifications
- Assist with generating bid documents for various project trades and obtain quotes from subcontractors
- Estimate project costs and present findings to upper management
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals and assist project managers with scheduling
- Ensure timely collection and processing of documentation between subcontractors and project administration

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of construction-related experience
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects and possess strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management software
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Valid driver's license required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a project engineer
- Background in the modular building industry
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field
