      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the planning and execution of demolition projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
      - Manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules for multiple sites, coordinating bids and compliance with regulatory requirements
      - Oversee project execution by conducting regular site visits, monitoring progress, and maintaining detailed documentation
      - Communicate consistently with internal teams and clients to provide status updates and resolve project-related issues
      - Develop and maintain robust project reporting and governance frameworks across the portfolio

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction or real estate project management
      - Proven leadership experience on multi-site programs and strong knowledge of civil engineering, utilities, and environmental compliance
      - Strong command of construction contracts, cost management, scheduling tools, and project reporting platforms
      - Willingness to travel to remote sites across the U.S. as needed for project requirements
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong planning and organizational abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, Six Sigma, or experience with LEAN methodologies
      - MBA degree or Architectural/PE registration
      - Knowledge and experience with construction materials and methods
      - Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem identification and solution proposal
      - Experience in coordinating deliverables from multiple team members and subcontractors
