  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage the design, development, and implementation of Project & Development Services for clients
  - Prepare and maintain project budgets and timelines, keeping stakeholders informed of progress
  - Oversee the selection and contracting of consultants and construction teams
  - Create and evaluate project reports, providing status updates to internal and external clients
  - Facilitate project team meetings and ensure effective communication with all parties involved
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - B.S. Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred
  - Minimum of five (5) years of directly related experience in a construction project accountability role
  - Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
  - Highly organized with superior time management and communication skills
  - Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects while maintaining excellent client relations
