- Ensure the complete and satisfactory execution of the entire construction project.
- Coordinate all project information among the field, office, upper management, and the entire project team.
- Provide leadership, support, and training to the project team.
- Assist in the development of project staffing plans and assignments.
- Aid in the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Oversee subcontractors' quality of work and coordination among trades.
- Ensure job site safety and security systems are in place and operational.
- Ensure all materials are delivered properly and on time, following submittal and procurement procedures.
- Manage subcontractor schedules.
- Monitor cost reports for adherence to budgets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with all project participants, including owners, design professionals, and subcontractors.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager at a general contractor.
- Proficiency in Construction Management Software tools, including Procore and P6 Scheduling.
- Experience in supporting healthcare, medical, and laboratory projects within occupied renovations.
- ICRA experience.
- Expertise in pay application and subcontractor pay voucher preparation.
- Ability to develop, update, and analyze project CPM schedules and time impacts.
- Knowledge of change management processes.
- Capability in material and equipment fabrication and delivery tracking.
- Subcontract administration and enforcement.
- Prime contract administration and adherence.
- Skills in complex issue negotiation and resolution.
- Experience in subcontractor buyout processes.
- Proficiency in job status reporting, profit plans, and forecasting management.
- 10 years of experience in life science facilities or similar laboratories preferred
- Familiarity with Biological Safety Lab (BSL) levels 2 and 3 preferred
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in occupied renovations of healthcare, medical, and laboratory spaces to lead a construction project in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management within a general contracting environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $210000.00/yr.
