      Project Manager

      Position Overview
      We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects focused on heavy civil works, particularly levees, dirtwork/earthwork, and remediation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical and earthwork projects, ensuring compliance with regulations while managing budgets and schedules effectively.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
      • Develop and maintain project budgets, providing accurate estimates and monitoring expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
      • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
      • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design and construction quality aligns with project goals.
      • Engage in business development activities to identify and secure new project opportunities.
      • Provide training and support to team members on project management best practices and compliance standards.
      • Manage regional travel as needed for site visits, client meetings, and project oversight.
      • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards in all project activities.

      Qualifications
      • 8+ years experience as a Project Manager, Engineering, and or supervision in construction.
      • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
      • Master's Degree a major plus.
      • Strong knowledge of geotechnical and earthwork processes.
      • Familiarity with USACE regulations and environmental compliance requirements.
      • Proficient in project estimation, budgeting, and scheduling tools.
      • Excellent risk assessment and management skills.
      • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on team collaboration and development.
