- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, providing accurate estimates and monitoring expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design and construction quality aligns with project goals.
- Engage in business development activities to identify and secure new project opportunities.
- Provide training and support to team members on project management best practices and compliance standards.
- Manage regional travel as needed for site visits, client meetings, and project oversight.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards in all project activities.
- 8+ years experience as a Project Manager, Engineering, and or supervision in construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's Degree a major plus.
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical and earthwork processes.
- Familiarity with USACE regulations and environmental compliance requirements.
- Proficient in project estimation, budgeting, and scheduling tools.
- Excellent risk assessment and management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on team collaboration and development.
- $120,000 - $180,000 base salary depending on experience
