      Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing
      As a Project Manager at ServiceMaster, you’ll be leading the charge on various construction restoration projects. Your key responsibilities include:
      • Project Leadership: Develop and manage client service schedules, oversee and coordinate project production, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
      • Team Coordination: Schedule and communicate effectively with in-house tradesmen and subcontractors.
      • Client & Adjuster Relations: Interface with insurance adjusters and customers to address issues, provide updates, and maintain professional communication.
      • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare documentation and photos for insurance reimbursement, and maintain accurate project records.

      You’ll be a great fit if you:
      • Communicate Clearly: You’re skilled at keeping everyone informed and on the same page.
      • Stay Organized: You have a knack for details and keeping projects on track.
      • Embrace Technology: You’re proficient with computers, cell phones, and can adapt to new software quickly.
      • Know the Industry: You have a basic understanding of construction, building materials, and flooring, running jobs start to finish, with experience in the restoration industry and in writing estimates using Xactimate or similar software.

      What We Need from You: Must-Haves
      • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
      • A valid Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record.
      • Ability to work in a weekly on-call rotation.
