What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the planning and execution of demolition projects across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations
- Manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules while coordinating bids based on site-specific requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, maintain documentation, and implement mitigation strategies for potential risks
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve issues
- Develop and oversee demolition schedules, cost models, and governance frameworks across the portfolio
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction or real estate project management
- Proven leadership experience on multi-site programs with a strong understanding of civil engineering and environmental compliance
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple deliverables and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and proposing effective solutions
- Willingness to travel to remote sites as needed based on project requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, Six Sigma, or an MBA degree
- Experience with construction materials and methods
- Familiarity with construction contracts, cost management, and scheduling tools
- Background in environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
