What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules for demolition projects across various sites
- Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and regulatory agencies for site assessments and permitting
- Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, and maintain detailed project documentation and reporting
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction or real estate project management
- Demonstrated leadership on multi-site programs with a strong background in civil engineering and utilities
- Proficient in construction contracts, cost management, scheduling tools, and project reporting
- Willingness to travel to remote sites across the U.S. as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong planning and organizational abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, Six Sigma, or an MBA degree are a plus
- Experience with construction materials and methods, as well as knowledge of environmental compliance
