      What You’ll Do

      As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the helm of construction

      operations—guiding projects from preconstruction through close-out. You’ll

      manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while

      mentoring your team and ensuring top-tier quality and safety standards.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Lead project planning, estimating, scheduling, and execution
      • Manage project financials, including cost control, billing, and forecasting
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
      • Oversee subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, and contract execution
      • Drive quality assurance, safety, and sustainability initiatives
      • Mentor and coach project engineers and assistant project managers
      • Participate in business development and client engagement activities

      What You Bring

      Required:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
      • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
      • Experience with self-perform work, estimating, and scheduling
      • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

      Preferred:

      • Experience with Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
      • Familiarity with BIM coordination and sustainability documentation

      Work Environment

      • Location: Project sites and regional office in Lubbock, TX
      • Travel: May be required based on project needs

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
