      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and maintain project budgets and timelines to meet overall project objectives
      - Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for various project phases
      - Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and resolve arising issues
      - Communicate regularly with internal and external clients to ensure high-quality service delivery
      - Issue contracts and purchase orders to vendors, managing budget transfers as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.S. Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred
      - Minimum of five (5) years of directly related experience in construction project management
      - Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
      - Highly organized with superior oral and written communication skills
      - Willing and able to travel as required

      - Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects
      - Ability to read and understand construction specifications and drawings
