- Manage construction projects at four or more facilities.
- Support Capital Improvement projects, focusing on office, cold room, and lab build-outs.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors handling electrical, mechanical, and other tasks.
- Ensure project completion within deadlines and budget.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports.
- Proven experience in construction management.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to manage Requests for Information (RFI) effectively.
- Experience in overseeing subcontractors for electrical and mechanical work.
- Experience with Capital Improvement Projects in the Pharma or Healthcare industries is preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation for travel between sites.

Job Description
Oversee construction management at multiple facilities in the San Antonio area, ideally with experience in the Pharma or Healthcare sector. This role primarily supports Capital Improvement projects, including the build-outs of offices, cold rooms, labs, and similar spaces.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
