- Project Management - planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.
- Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
- Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans
- 3+ Years Experience as a Project Manager
- Understanding of Construction documents
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Experience in projects related to Commercial, Industrial, or related (TI and / or ground-up)
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)

Requirements: 3+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager on Commercial (or related) projects
This is a full time/ permanent position with an established general contractor specializing in commercial construction projects. They have consistent work and a strong backlog of projects. Due to growth, they are currently hiring for a Project Manager with either Ground-up or TI projects.
