Job Description

Travel to multiple markets to field verify Allo design prints to assess viability of design and recommend changes
Safely traverse long distances, in vehicle and on foot, daily across difficult terrain and in diverse weather conditions
OSHA 10 completion within 90 days of hire date
Measure and document lowest existing aerial utility road and railroad crossings
Notate when existing design should be moved from aerial to underground and vice versa
Verify and notate residential and business address details
Engage with homeowners to gain property access for accurate data capture Ensure quality and compliance to ALLO's procedures and specifications
Route daily work to ensure high production volume while maintaining exceptional quality
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic utility/construction knowledge
Service Excellence
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Excellent organizational skills
Maintain a high degree of integrity and honesty in all business dealings
Be professional in dress, manners, and conduct
Collared shirts, long pants and boots are required.
Be a self-motivated individual and display initiative
Be safety minded
Maintain a good driving record
Understand and follow all company policies and procedures
Make quick, accurate decisions when necessary
Willingness to learn
Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation

The position of Outside Plant (OSP) Construction Rideout (CRO) Tech I is an entry level position responsible for physically riding out and assessing the viability of construction designs in markets ALLO is targeting for potential expansion. A CRO Tech I will utilize maps in both digital and paper formats to notate viability issues and verify facility routes as designed prior to construction. All work will be performed with a focus on safety and quality.

*This is a full-time traveling position and successful candidates will work a 21/9 rotation away from their home*
RESPONSIBILITIES:Colorado Residents: typical pay range for this role will be from $18.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience.
