      About Our Client
      • Location: Los Angeles Trade Tech College (LATTC), Downtown LA
      • Schedule: Monday-Thursday on-site, Friday remote
      Job Description
      • Develop, maintain, and update CPM building and construction project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6)
      • Review contractor schedules and provide analysis, critiques, and recommendations
      • Monitor project progress and identify variances to baseline schedules
      • Interface with project teams, consultants, contractors, and LACCD representatives
      • Prepare reports, forecasts, and updates for program-level reporting
      • Support project controls, risk assessments, and time impact analyses

      The Successful Applicant
      • 10+ years of construction scheduler experience, preferably on public sector or institutional projects
      • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and scheduling best practices
      • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
      • Strong communication and documentation skills
      • Experience working in or with public agencies (LACCD or similar programs preferred)
