- A progressive, Construction Management Firm is looking for a Scheduler
- The client has a great culture and offers a hybrid schedule
- Location: Los Angeles Trade Tech College (LATTC), Downtown LA
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday on-site, Friday remote
- Develop, maintain, and update CPM building and construction project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6)
- Review contractor schedules and provide analysis, critiques, and recommendations
- Monitor project progress and identify variances to baseline schedules
- Interface with project teams, consultants, contractors, and LACCD representatives
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and updates for program-level reporting
- Support project controls, risk assessments, and time impact analyses
- 10+ years of construction scheduler experience, preferably on public sector or institutional projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and scheduling best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience working in or with public agencies (LACCD or similar programs preferred)
- Competitive salaryfor Construction Scheduler: $165,000-$175,000 annually
