- We are seeking a Construction Superintendent for a local commercial construction projects in the Buffalo market.
- The role requires overseeing construction activities as the General Contractor on site.
- Develop and manage two-week lookaheads and maintain daily logs.
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control on the site.
- Oversee subcontractors with a team size ranging from 5 to 25 individuals.
- Interact with construction managers and Greece board members.
- Report to project managers and oversee masonry and shell aspects of the project.
- Utilize Procore and Smart Sheets (Microsoft Project) for project management.
- Experience as a General Contractor with the ability to read full sets of construction plans.
- Assertiveness in managing subcontractors on-site.
- Strong forecasting abilities.
- Understanding of the full scope of construction projects.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- The work environment is onsite in Buffalo, NY.
- The role involves direct interaction with construction managers and board members, utilizing technologies such as Procore and Smart Sheets.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
