What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise contractors on site to ensure adherence to contract documents, project specifications, and safety requirements
- Provide construction coordination throughout the project
- Act as Clerk of the Works during construction activities
- Monitor renovation and construction schedules and document issues
- Coordinate all construction activities with relevant department and follow procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architect, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience overseeing and managing construction projects
- Experience in restoration and preservation of historical or landmark buildings and properties in public settings
- Valid, unexpired Driver's license
