Job Description
- Req#: 107792
- Survey Layout for all stages of subdivision construction including rough grading, underground and surface installations
- Topographical survey for quantity calculations
- Pickup grades and locations of existing utilities and/or features for design purposes.
- Download ASCM sheets for initial site surveys and localizations
- Plan and map interpretation
- Preparing field notes and sketches
- Use and maintenance of GPS survey instruments, Total Stations, Data Collectors and Levels
- Minimum of five years’ experience as Party Chief.
- Preference will be give to candidates with UAV experience and pilot's license
- Preference will be given to candidates with subdivision construction survey experience.
- Degree or Diploma in Geomatics, Engineering Technology or related field from a recognized institution is an asset.
- Knowledge of survey field data transfer software and general computer software/applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work in a team environment and independently
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be prepared to use own vehicle. Per km reimbursement for business use will apply.
