- Install miscellaneous steel, egress components, and structural components in commercial or industrial settings.
- Fit-up, weld, and clean-up steel handrails, guardrails, stairs, and other mild steel custom components.
- Read and understand construction drawings and blueprints.
- Operate manlifts, forklifts, and small power tools such as grinders, core drills, and concrete hammer drills safely and efficiently.
- Assist in applying caulking to expansion joints and concrete seams.
- Assist in mixing and applying flowable grout to precast joints and steel column bases.
- Operate boom lifts and scissor lifts to load and unload trucks with materials.
- 2 years of experience in structural MIG welding or precast concrete construction.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Welding and construction skills.
- Experience with concrete and rebar.
- Stick welding and general labor skills.
- Proficiency with power tools.
- Open to travel for 2-5 days out of each week.

You will also be tasked with reading and understanding construction drawings and blueprints, efficiently and safely operating manlifts, forklifts, and small power tools, and assisting in the application of caulking and flowable grout.

Work Environment
You will load necessary equipment and products at the main location on Monday, travel to job sites in the four-state area (Montana, Wyoming, South Dakota, North Dakota) with the team, and return home on Friday. Expect 2-5 days of overnight travel per week with weekends at home. Lodging is provided, and a $50 daily per diem covers meals and incidentals, except when jobs are within 60 miles of the main location. Work is conducted at construction sites, requiring hard hats, steel-toe boots, and safety vests. Dress according to weather conditions.

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $62400.00/yr.
