What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct observation, testing, and sampling of materials on construction sites
- Perform routine field and laboratory tests for soils, aggregates, and concrete
- Maintain daily communication with site contractors, technicians, and project managers
- Receive training in ECS methodology for project observations and inspections
- Document findings accurately in accordance with engineering practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift a minimum of 85 pounds
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Understanding of heavy construction safety practices and procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- OSHA 10 certification
- Knowledge of CMT principles and applications
- Certification in soils, concrete, and radiation safety
