  Job Title: Construction Welder

  Job Description

  We are seeking a skilled Construction Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabrication, with a strong understanding of commercial construction processes. This role involves working on various commercial construction sites, performing welding tasks to support the building and maintenance of structures.

  Responsibilities

  • Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
  • Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components.
  • Inspect and test welds to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools.
  • Collaborate with other construction team members to complete projects.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

  Essential Skills

  • 2+ years of welding experience.
  • Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Certification in welding (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
