      Location: Rapid City, South Dakota

      Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday| 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

      Pay: $22/hour + Overtime Opportunities


      About the Role

      We are looking for a motivated and dependablecommercial construction laborerto join a growing construction team in Rapid City. This position offers hands-on experience in a variety of construction tasks and the opportunity to grow within a supportive and safety-focused environment.


      Key Responsibilities

      • Load and unload construction materials and tools
      • Prepare and clean job sites before and after work
      • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
      • Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, concrete finishers, etc.)
      • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
      • Perform basic measurements and layout tasks
      • Dig trenches, set forms, and pour concrete
      • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

      Qualifications

      • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
      • Previous construction experience is a plus but not required
      • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
      • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
      • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
      • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
      • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
