What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert on predictive coding for compliance with regulatory requests and litigation
- Consult with external stakeholders on analytics tools, workflows, and deliverables
- Create models using advanced analytics platforms and develop prompts for AI tools
- Document and transfer knowledge to support efficient technology-assisted review workflows
- Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting compliance and mentor team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of client-facing experience in an eDiscovery capacity
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree (JD or MBA) preferred
- Proficiency in Relativity and document review database administration
- Experience with Technology Assisted Review utilizing machine learning and/or generative AI tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong preference for Second Request (DOJ or FTC) experience
- Familiarity with Relativity Active Learning, Reveal AI, and/or Brainspace
- Experience crafting prompts for large language models (LLMs)
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365; Power BI, Python, SQL experience preferred
- Willingness to exceed client expectations
