      We are looking for top talent for our growing Strategy& Operations Consulting team.

      We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our Strategy& Operations Consulting team at the Associate/Senior Associate level. Joining our Operations Consulting team, you will work alongside around 30 colleagues in Denmark who share a passion for a diverse range of disciplines related to operations projects. Our team is dedicated to driving growth and reducing costs in collaboration with our clients, leveraging the expertise of our seasoned industry specialists and skilled management consultants.

      The team operates in four key areas, based in Copenhagen and Aarhus, all of which are actively seeking new talent:

      • Sourcing and Procurement

      • Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and Digitalization

      • End-2-end process excellence

      • Commercial excellence

      In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and participating in various projects and leveraging data analysis to drive insights and decision-making. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in data visualization, data analytics, and a strong command of tools such as Power BI, Excel, R, SQL, and Python. As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients and contributing to the success of our team.

      Key responsibilities include:

      • Collaborate with the project team to gather and analyse data, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.

      • Utilize data visualization tools, such as Power BI, to create impactful visual representations of complex supply chain data.

      • Assist in conducting market research and benchmarking studies to identify best practices and innovative approaches.

      • Contribute to the preparation of client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and recommendations.

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and timely delivery of results.

      • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in supply chain management, data analytics, and technology tools.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Master degree in a relevant field, such as strategy, business, economy or Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

      • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, to create impactful reports and dashboards.

      • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis using Excel, R, SQL, and Python.

      • Excellent Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.

      • Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and processes, with a focus on optimization and operational efficiency.

      • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.

      • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

      • Proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

      • Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
