What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver workshops and presentations to diverse groups
- Conduct one-on-one or small group coaching sessions with clients
- Manage client-related projects as a Project Lead Consultant
- Develop effective communication structures to keep clients informed on safety performance and business challenges
- Coach client leaders at all levels to foster a culture of safety
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational change, operations with safety responsibility, or industrial consulting
- Certification such as CSP or equivalent; LEAN Green/Black Belt preferred
- Strong ability to navigate client ambiguity and build deep knowledge of safety solutions
- Proven experience in developing strategic plans that enhance safety excellence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with safety governance structures
- Demonstrated success in leading matrixed teams and applying effective change management
- Familiarity with safety management system best practices
- Ability to propose specific metrics for client safety performance
- Prior experience in a consulting role within the safety industry
