Inviting applications for the role of Consultant – AWS Admin
In this role, you will be responsible for working as AWS Admin and responsible for day-to-day management of Amazon Web Services (AWS) resources. This includes tasks such as provisioning and configuring AWS services, monitoring resource usage, and troubleshooting problems. AWS administrators must have a strong understanding of AWS architecture and services, as well as the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Responsibilities
· Provision and configure AWS services. AWS administrators are responsible for provisioning and configuring AWS services to meet the needs of their organization. This includes tasks such as creating and managing Amazon EC2 instances, Amazon RDS databases, and Amazon S3 buckets.
· Monitor resource usage. AWS administrators are responsible for monitoring resource usage to ensure that organizations are not over-provisioning or under-provisioning resources. This includes tasks such as tracking CPU usage, memory usage, and storage usage.
· Troubleshoot problems. AWS administrators are responsible for troubleshooting problems that occur with AWS resources. This includes tasks such as identifying the root cause of problems, and taking steps to resolve them.
· Maintain security. AWS administrators are responsible for maintaining the security of AWS resources. This includes tasks such as configuring security groups, and using encryption.
· Manage costs. AWS administrators are responsible for managing the costs of AWS resources. This includes tasks such as tracking costs, and optimizing resource usage.
· Educate users. AWS administrators are responsible for educating users about AWS services. This includes tasks such as creating documentation, and providing training.
· Stay up-to-date with changes. AWS administrators are responsible for staying up-to-date with changes to AWS services. This includes tasks such as reading release notes, and attending conferences.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Preferred qualifications
· Experience with Infrastructure as a service.
· Experience with Disaster Recovery.
· Experience in installing, configuring and supporting servers .
· Experience on configuring and monitoring firewalls, routers, switches and other network devices.
· Knowledge on working with TCP/IP protocol.
· Knowledge on LAN/WAN networking/distributed computing environment (client/server).
· Experience in Cloud Computing for 3+ years
· Good command over algorithms.
· Understanding in Data Structure
· Experience in Networking
· Experience in Amazon Web Services.
· Experience in configuring firewalls.
· Experience with Cloud services (AWS is preferred)
