      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Write three to four compelling technical papers on priority climate change themes
      - Collaborate with technical experts to translate evidence into clear narratives
      - Engage with communications and climate teams to identify high-priority messages

      - Deliver high-quality written products within the specified timeframe

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Master's preferred)
      - 5-10 years of technical writing experience, specializing in climate writing
      - Climate-relevant knowledge and expertise
      - Proven track record of producing high-quality written products
      - Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with global nonprofits or organizations focused on climate action
      - Familiarity with international standards guiding relief and development work
      - Advanced degree in a climate-related field
      - Fluency in multiple languages
      - Previous experience writing thought leadership papers on climate change
