Co-lead end-to-end ESG reporting platform implementations, including system architecture design and data integration strategies
Facilitate strategic client workshops to define ESG/EHS technology requirements
Translate technical requirements into clear business recommendations for senior client stakeholders
Facilitate process mapping workshops with cross-functional client teams to identify optimisation and standardisation opportunities
Design current-state and future-state process maps that optimise ESG reporting workflows across departments
Conduct gap analysis and maturity assessments to benchmark client ESG capabilities from a technology/data lens
Support with technology vendor evaluation processes
Support proposal development and deliver compelling client presentations for new business opportunities
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Commerce, or related field preferred
2+ years of consulting experience focused on ESG, sustainability, or technology implementation
High proficiency in process mapping and workflow optimisation tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
Demonstrated track record of successful client engagements and achieving measurable business outcomes
Good proficiency in data analysis tools, visualisation platforms, and enterprise software systems
Experience with enterprise-level project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma)
Be comfortable with and embrace ambiguity
Ability to move from project to project with ease and reprioritise regularly
Have a sense of resourcefulness and the ability to “figure things out” independently
Embrace client deliverables with a “service attitude” mindset

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Digital Consultant to support the implementation and enhancement of EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) solutions. This role combines digital expertise, analytical thinking, and collaborative project work to deliver impactful results for sustainability-driven clients.
