      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead multiple project engagements to demonstrate the value and ROI of employer products
      - Interface directly with customers to enhance supply chain processes and cost savings
      - Develop and implement process improvement plans and training sessions
      - Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to benchmark and identify improvement opportunities
      - Communicate complex concepts clearly to facilitate decision-making and task execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare supply chain management
      - Proficiency with a Materials Management Information System (e.g., Allscripts, Meditech, Oracle)
      - Strong analytical skills to identify process improvement opportunities
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Accounts Payable and knowledge of invoice processing
      - Proven experience in developing and executing systems integration
      - Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
      - Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
      - Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
