      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver professional learning sessions to educators, both in person and online
      - Provide coaching and support to help teachers enhance their math instruction skills
      - Facilitate meetings with school and district leaders to analyze data and plan for successful outcomes
      - Model effective teaching strategies and classroom lessons for adult learners
      - Collaborate with districts to elevate math education conversations and practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching math in a K-12 setting
      - Bachelor’s degree required
      - Demonstrated ability to facilitate professional learning for adult learners
      - Experience delivering professional development in both in-person and online formats
      - Must be located in Massachusetts and willing to travel throughout the state

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ST Math
      - Strong technology skills, including proficiency with Windows PC or Mac computers
      - Previous experience in coaching and planning situations for educators
