What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience capabilities
- Provide support and training to users of the workforce management solutions
- Analyze and troubleshoot system performance issues to ensure optimal functionality
- Document processes and maintain detailed project records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with Time & Attendance enterprise software implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in workforce management or related field
