      HealthHarmonie Ltd is seeking experienced and highly motivated Consultant Hand Surgeons to support our expanding Minor Surgery, delivered in partnership with NHS Trusts across the UK.

      Job description

      Job responsibilities

      • Provide expert diagnosis and treatment for a range of hand and wrist conditions in community-based settings.
      • Perform a wide range of hand surgeries and injections, including but not limited to, carpal tunnel release, trigger finger.
      • Work autonomously with support from our clinical governance and operational teams.
      • Document all clinical care accurately using Emis and adhere to HealthHarmonies clinical protocols.
      • Liaise with NHS partners and GPs as needed to ensure continuity of care and appropriate referrals.
      • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
      • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care.
      • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and patient education.
      • Contribute to clinical governance activities including audits, peer reviews, and incident reporting.
      • Support ongoing service development and innovation in community surgery delivery.
