- Perform a wide range of hand surgeries and injections, including but not limited to, carpal tunnel release, trigger finger.

- Liaise with NHS partners and GPs as needed to ensure continuity of care and appropriate referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and patient education.
- Contribute to clinical governance activities including audits, peer reviews, and incident reporting.
- Support ongoing service development and innovation in community surgery delivery.
