Job Description

Accomplishes assigned project objectives, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues, through direct work performance, including document review, observation, research, analysis, review for accuracy, and completion of other deliverables
Provides coaching/assistance to our internal and subcontracted surveyors
Performs firm administrative duties, maintains quality of all internal and external deliverables, and provides consistent and superior customer service to both our clients and internal colleagues
Establishes clear deadlines and monitoring to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Assists in providing general administrative and technical guidance to internal staff.
Work effectively and collaboratively with the DMHC, facilitating requests for information and deliverables.
Years+ experience required:1+ years of experience working with healthcare organizations in various care delivery settings across the healthcare continuum required
Education required: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related degree program, finance, data analytics, or technology
Ability to travel to client locations as needed

Technical/Specialization experience required: High-level computer software expertise, including in MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe required
Prior consulting and project management experience preferred
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, co-workers, all levels of professionals and government officials
Ability to successfully manage time, set priorities, and work independently and as a collaborative team member to meet both internal firm goals and client deliverables
Must be organized and able to monitor/manage multiple deadlines
Ability to manage existing clients as well as grow client accounts and associated revenue
Ability to strategically lead and guide teammates to accomplish goals
Professional presentation in all areas of communication, as well as professional appearance

The salary range for this role takes into account many factors including, but not limited to, years and type of experience, skill sets, and certifications. The projected salary range for this position is $68,000 - $127,000.

Our Consulting practice seeks an experienced professional with data entry experience to join our Healthcare Consulting team as a Consultant focused on working with the Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) and assisting internal staff in performing surveys of California health plans on their behalf.
This is a national practice and we offer flexible work hours and locations: in office, remote, hybrid. This position will be based out of the Greater Los Angeles or Sacramento area.
