      Job summary

      An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fulltime Dermatology Consultant at East Sussex Healthcare in the Specialist MedicineDivision. You will join our established Dermatology Consultants and nursing teams, specialty trust doctor and General Practitioners with a special interest in the Dermatology.

      The Department is looking to appoint an individual who are experienced, dynamic and committed in delivering services that reflect best clinical practice within the specialty of Dermatology.

      The applicant will have experience in diagnosing and managing all aspects of general dermatology including skin cancer and inflammatory skin disease with assessment and treatment.

      This post will provide consultant leadership to the supervision ofjunior medical and nursing teams delivering high quality safe outpatient and inpatient care.

      The post will support inpatient referrals to the specialityand provide clinical expertise to the referring medical teams. This post does not have an on-call commitment.

      Nurse led services include skin surgery, phototherapy, photodynamic therapy, drug monitoring / biologics clinic, patch testing and intralesional steroid and botox injections.

      Main duties of the job
