Job Description

- Deliver comprehensive oral care to adults with learning disabilities, complex medical conditions, and challenging behaviours.
- Use a full range of techniques including behavioural management, inhalation sedation, and general anaesthesia.
- Provide clinical leadership and a specialist referral service for eligible patients.
- Support and supervise the training of community dentists, dental core trainees, specialist trainees, and postgraduates.
- Collaborate closely with the Derbyshire operational leadership team and contribute to services across CDS-CIC as needed.
- Active NHS Primary Dental Care Performer Number.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- A patient-centred approach with a commitment to high-quality care.
